Get growing with Windsor Essex Community Supported Agriculture (WECSA)!

Windsor Essex Community Supported Agriculture (WECSA) members are scattered throughout Windsor and Essex County.  We were brought together by our interest in accessing natural produce for our families.

WECSA's goal is to bring together all walks of folks to be involved in a Community Supported Agriculture Farm. No farming experience is ncessary. Just a willingness to learn and to be a part of the WECSA organization. Another goal is to make the connection between what we eat and where our food comes from, how food is grown, and what it is like to plant, care for, and harvest our own food.

All members make an annual  financial contribution to assist with the costs associated with farming (seeds, soil, supplies). In the future, non-members will  be offered subscriptions for farm fresh produce. It is the goal of WECSA to involve all in the labour of the farm as well. All persons, including children, are invited to participate on some level. This is a family based initiative where we labour together.

We hope to share the harvest with you and with others.
We encourage you to consider where you get your food, where it came from, and explore how it was produced. We believe that the healthiest food is food that is grown sustainably and locally. Please consider being a part of the WECSA experience.
